- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Monitor strategy effectiveness and optimize as needed to achieve operational goals.
- Sales Planning:
- Plan and execute marketing activities to achieve sales targets.
- User Growth and Maintenance:
- Develop strategies for user growth through research and data analysis.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Identify issues through data analysis and implement improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration (XFN):
- Work closely with product, technology, and marketing teams.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to enhance operational efficiency.
