• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Receive customer orders, answer questions, and make menu recommendations.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Serve meals and beverages in accordance with established standards and serving guidelines.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and courteously.
• Keeping the dining area clean and organized, including setting tables and clearing dishes.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth service coordination.
