Job Description
Lead and manage the sales team, including Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market share.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with key accounts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales campaigns and promotions.
Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.
Conduct regular sales meetings to review sales targets and progress.
