Senior Oracle DBA Administrator

Previous Healthcare Experience Required .

Summary: Client is looking for a Senior SQL Server DBA to support the movement of Facets core claims system from legacy Oracle to SQL server databases. This role is to backfill someone retiring in a few weeks. Looking for someone that understands advanced functions within SQL server. There are currently 2 DBAs supporting the legacy Facets system on Oracle and new SQL server. There will be an occasional oncall or rotation requirement on as needed basis as well as potential weekend support.

Required Experience:

• 5 years of experience as a SQL server DBA with deep understanding of advanced SQL server functions (Ability to login to SQL server and manage the backend side)
• 1 year of experience supporting Facets on an enterprise SQL server environment

Nice to have:

• Facets SQL Server Administration experience
• Experience supporting a Facets server migration
