Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for an RN Hospice Outpatient Coastal. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Albany OR 97321

Assignment Start Date: 6/26/2024

13 weeks Days 8hour shift 40 hours weekly guaranteed

The Hospice teams support patients and family members through the final stages of their illness. These services are offered in the home setting which may include the patients residence skilled nursing facilities assisted living facilities and adult foster homes. Services offered include intermittent skilled nursing visits (24hour oncall nursing services available) pain and symptom management medical social services counseling spiritual support hospice aides trained hospice volunteers and bereavement support. Medications and equipment are included as appropriate

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Previous HH/Hospice or case management experience preferred.
• Previous broadbased nursing experience to ensure specialized skills needed for Hospice Nursing preferred.

Education:

• BSN preferred.

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration: .

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure is required upon submission
• Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS required.
• This position requires the use of the employees automobile. Employees must have a valid drivers license and auto liability/property damage insurance as required by law and must maintain their vehicle in good working order.

EMR System: EPIC experience preferred

Shift: Days () no weekends

** The office is actually based in Newport and the caseload is mostly in Lincoln City.
