AZ Pediatric Surgical Tech Surgery Arrowhead Campus

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for a Surgical Technologist Pediatrics. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Phoenix AZ 85016

Assignment Start Date: 7/15/2024

13 weeks Varied 8hour shifts 40 hours per week guaranteed

This position performs a variety of technical functions and duties to provide for the availability of supplies and equipment and maintains a sterile field for operating procedures.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• 2 or more years of Surgical Technician experience in a surgery setting is required
• 2 or more years of inpatient pediatric OR experience is required

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a Surgical Technician program or equivalent 1:1 combination of postsecondary education and experience

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Certification as a Surgical Technician Preferred

Shift: 5 8hour shifts with Call (23 shifts a month) and possible holiday coverage. To be determined in an interview.

Vaccinations: COVID19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required from October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved before starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID19 will be required to sign a Declination & Masking Protocol agreement and must mask at all times during the respiratory virus season.
