Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for a Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Lakeview OR 97630
Assignment Start Date: 7/8/2024
13 weeks Days 8Or10hour shift 40 hours guaranteed per week
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please get in touch with a recruiter for full details.Provides patient services using imaging modalities. Performs general radiography and computed tomography (CT) procedures. Applies principles of radiation protection. Evaluates radiographs and CT scans for technical quality. Exercise professional judgment in the performance of procedures. Provides patient care essential to radiographic / CT procedures. Recognizes patient conditions requiring immediate action and initiates life support measures.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
Education:
- Minimum of an associate degree from an accredited school of xray technology or equivalent experience bachelors degree preferred
Licenses Certifications and Registration:
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Registration: (ARRT). An active/valid Oregon license is required
- Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training and meets the requirement for registration by ARRT. Computed Tomography certification by ARRT is required.
- CPR certification is required.
EMR System: Cerner knowledge/experience preferred
Shift: 40 hrs/week days with shared call; Shared call involves a minimum of one night per week and one weekend per month.
