Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for an Occupational Therapist(OT). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Juneau AK 99801

Assignment Start Date: 6/21/2024

13 weeks Varied 8hour shift 40 hours guaranteed weekly

This position has a primary focus on providing general Occupational Therapy (OT) evaluations and treatments that impact patients functional abilities. Services are to be provided in compliance with hospital standards licensure requirements regulatory and practice standards of Occupational Therapy and the national professional guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred. Outpatient Inpatient Pediatrics Experience Needed for this assignment

Education:

• Doctorate PostProfessional Doctorate or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is highly preferred

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Must be Alaskalicensed in Occupational Therapy. Certification in Occupational Therapy by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Basic Life Support Certification and a valid Drivers License are required.
• Must have an AK license to be considered

EMR System: Cerner experience preferred

Shift: Discussed at interview

COVID Requirement: Must have COVID19 Vaccines to be considered.No exemptions. Proof of complete Vaccinations(including boosters) is required.
