We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Delivery Manager to lead and manage multiple largescale complex and specialized customer projects with a focus on delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will strategically plan and manage projects develop and implement strategies aligned with the organizations vision and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and quality delivery.
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or a related field.
- Manage multiple largescale complex customer projects with a strong focus on delivery responsibility and excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with the organizations vision.
- Influence customer perception positively contribute to relationship management and drive account farming.
- Ensure the development and delivery of software services and solutions meet customer and investor requirements through optimal human resource utilization.
- Interface and engage with customers at a strategic level forecasting needs or issues and addressing them proactively.
- Ensure timely completion of all customer feedback processes.
- Ensure programs are completed on time within budget and meet customer expectations for quality and functionality.
- Oversee complete contract management including profitability and other parameters across projects.
- Lead organizationwide activities such as knowledge sharing innovation and process improvement.
- Provide thought leadership in professional networks and contribute to the organizations brand building.
- Align with multiple units and crossfunctional teams to create an effective value chain for customers.
- Conduct regular reviews with various stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of strategies.
- Support and cultivate a culture of thorough documentation and reviews particularly for ongoing and postproject knowledge management actions.
- Ensure best practices are integrated into the standard process going forward.
- Create and maintain programlevel dashboards to enable effective project management.
- Provide overall management guidance to the team promoting teamwork motivation mentoring and conflict management.
- Ensure team skill sets are built with necessary certifications.
- Act as a Technical Mentor and Coach to the team assessing and developing their technical capabilities.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
