Job Description
Title: MS D365 CRM Solution Architect
Location: Rochester NY (Remote Travel required)
Duration: 6 months
Implementation Partner: Infosys
End Client: To be disclosed

- Talents will directly work with client team and have to drive the D365 implementation with current SI partner and plan to transition it back to Infosys.
- Must have atleast 12 years of relevant experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales Marketing Field Services Project Operations).
- Power Platform will be an added advantage.
- Dynamics 365 Techno functional with hands on complex Customizations and Configurations.
- Need to be well versed in plugins workflows .Net JavaScript and Portals.
- Experience in designing architecture of the solution.
- Lead technical positions for an application dealing with overall design integration technical requirements (e.g. performance and scalability) and alignment with enterprise strategies.
- Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and coding best practices.
- Must be able to work directly with the client and lead design discussions with business solution design and translate it to the technical team.
- Should be able to address any Technical Questions / clarifications.
- Single point of contact (Technical SME) and a Management single point of contact for all reviews reporting signoffs and approvals.
- They should have a good technical understanding and good understand of Project management principles.
- Work hand in hand with the Infosys Microsoft and Client for any technical issues to track the technical progress of the project.
- Should be travel ready for any business need and to support SIT CRPs UAT Production Cutover if needed
