Deputy Manager SQA

Support Global Supplier quality assurance (SQA) with supplier selection and qualification process for the material group Electrics (E.g Generator Transformers Motor Cables Controllers Converters )

Assess and audit supplier and definition of actions (System Process & Product)

Tracking of Audit findings and evaluate the Efficiency of actions

Support global SQA with the product qualification and approval process for the material group Electrics.

Support and Execution of Prototype inspection

Support and Execution of First article inspection.

Definition and tracking of actions for prototype & First article deviations

Support nonconformity and claim process and agreement of on actions with supplier

Monitor supplier process control

And supplier performance with the use of KPIs

Reporting supplier performance status to global SQA on a regular basis.

Required Profile :

Technical background with bachelors degree in electrical engineering or similar Training as Six Sigma Certification ISO Auditor Certification.

Min 7 years of professional experience in comparable position

Knowledge of Quality management Methods (e.g Ishikawa FMEA 8D PPAP APQP)

Experience in Audit process of Various management systems . Preparable QMSEMS & OHS

Training in Quality management preferably (TUV BV)

Convincing manners towards External & Internal Parties

Ability to work in teams and excellent communication & presentation Skill.

Work scheduling & Manpower Handling.

SAP and MS Office Skill preferably

Excellent English Language Skill

Willingness to travel.
