Job Title: Systems Analyst 3 (Remote)

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates within Texas)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst 3 to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and will work on a dedicated CAPPS Financials upgrade project. This role involves understanding business objectives identifying alternative solutions performing studies and cost/benefit analyses and improving existing computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business objectives and problems identify alternative solutions and perform studies and cost/benefit analyses.
• Analyze user requirements procedures and problems to automate processing or improve existing computer systems.
• Write detailed descriptions of user needs program functions and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
• Review computer system capabilities specifications and scheduling limitations to determine feasibility.
• Conduct requirement analysis review meetings with subject matter experts (SMEs) document complex system requirements processes test scenarios test scripts and training materials.
• Perform handson testing and support multiple test cycles.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse team using remote collaboration tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) implementation or upgrade projects.
• 8 years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger and Commitment Accounting.
• 8 years of experience in identifying requirements and creating formal functional documents for key business stakeholders and SMEs.
• 8 years of experience in conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.
• 8 years of experience in performing handson endtoend system integration and external interface testing.
• Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio).
• Experience with MS Teams and channel communication with a large team.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
• Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 eProcurement Strategic Sourcing Supplier Contracts.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Experience with SharePoint Jira and the Scrum framework.
• Experience with STAT.
