We deliver our property management services with custom developed software to simplify living and make life easier for property owners association boards residents and very importantly our own property management professionals. We make complex topics such as managing property finances and the daily maintenance of buildings easy and we automate timeconsuming everyday tasks so people can spend more time on things that they really enjoy.

About the role
Odevo seeks a Management Trainee to join our program offering a unique opportunity to learn from experienced leaders within a global company.

Over one to two years you will work closely with Odevos Management Team gaining exposure to strategic projects and decisionmaking processes. You will participate in board meetings and gain a broad understanding of leading a fastgrowing international company.

Our program provides diverse experiences through three to six rotations within our Shared Services including Group Finance M&A Strategy and more. This structure enables you to develop a wellrounded skillset and build a strong network within the Odevo Group. You will be reporting to our CFO or COO.

Our ambition is to kickstart the trainee period no later than January 2025. Initial commitment can be either half or full time depending on your individual circumstances.

We expect you to bring high ambition an eagerness to learn and develop and willingness to own a broad range of tasks. You will be working on a strategic level owning and executing projects in the rotation program as well as supporting the management team on various tasks. You will prepare and attend board meetings with our majority owners and other external board members as well as internal management meetings. As part of your role you will also be project lead for core culture building activities such as conferences and events.

By working at Odevo you will gain valuable tools and experiences and get the chance to build a broad professional network within the Group. When completed your trainee period we expect you to have accumulated significant relevant experience and skills to be a future leaderwithin the Odevo group.

Experience

• You are newly graduated or a student at Bachelor or Master level. (you can start working parttime while completing your education). Starting fulltime Q3 2025 at the latest.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
