independently owned firms that practice in an alternative practice structure in accordance with the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct and applicable law regulations and
professional standards. Our LLP is a licensed CPA firm that provides attest services and Advisory Group and its subsidiary entities provide tax and business
consulting services. Our Advisory Group and its subsidiary entities are not licensed CPA firms.

We are seeking a Specialist or Manager for technology hiring to join the Talent Acquisition team in our Mumbai office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services. . What it Means to Work for us:

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential technology candidates including job boards social media and referrals
Screen and assess candidates technical skills experience and cultural fit for specific roles
Reviewing resumes conducting initial screenings and assessing candidates qualifications. Evaluating technical skills and ensuring alignment with job requirements
Conducting thorough interviews to evaluate candidates technical and soft skills. Collaborating with hiring managers to assess technical proficiency
Managing the entire recruitment process including scheduling interviews coordinating with hiring managers and providing timely feedback to candidates
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Developing relationships with potential candidates and keeping them engaged
Staying updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and emerging technologies to provide insights for effective candidate attraction and retention
Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicating effectively and transparently with candidates
Facilitating salary negotiations and managing the offer process
Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics such as timetofill source effectiveness and candidate conversion rates. Providing regular reports to management
Actively seeking feedback and continuously improving recruitment processes. Implementing best practices and innovative approaches to enhance efficiency
Basic Qualifications:
10 years experience into technology recruitment preferably from a similar industry
Bachelor s degree. Master s degree in HR will be an added advantage
Should have worked on skillsets like Full Stack Java Developer BI Developer Netsuite Developer Dot Net Developer Sharepoint Developer Azure BTP Help Desk SAP SAP SAC SAP Security Basis and Infrastructure SAP Replicon UI Path Architecture Governance etc
Strong experience in Stakeholder Management
Excellent communication and organization skills
Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network
