Coyolia is looking for Soft skills Trainers who will play play a crucial role in equipping employees with the necessary interpersonal and communication skills to excel in their roles. They are responsible for designing and delivering training programs that focus on enhancing soft skills fostering a positive workplace culture and improving overall employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employees soft skills such as communication emotional intelligence and conflict resolution.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and customize training content accordingly.
- Utilize various instructional techniques to ensure maximum engagement and knowledge retention among trainees.
- Provide individual coaching and feedback to employees to improve their soft skills.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and incorporate them into training programs.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify specific skill development needs for different teams.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance assessments.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment during training sessions.
- Track and report on the progress of employees in developing their soft skills.
- Adapt training content to align with the organizations values goals and culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Psychology Education Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience as a soft skills trainer HR professional or organizational development specialist.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions.
- Empathy and the ability to connect with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in using training evaluation tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of employees.
