AWS Trainers

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on AWS services and solutions
• Design and update training materials including presentations handson labs and exercises
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences through various delivery modes such as virtual instructorled or blended learning
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide constructive feedback to participants
• Stay updated with the latest AWS offerings tools and best practices to continuously enhance training content
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and customize learning paths based on specific requirements
• Provide guidance and support to individuals or teams in addressing technical challenges and implementing AWS solutions
• Assist in certification preparation and mentor candidates to successfully achieve AWS certifications
• Offer consultative support to clients on AWS adoption and migration strategies
• Contribute to the development of handson exercises and use cases for realworld scenarios
• Collaborate with other trainers to share best practices and improve training delivery processes
• Support in the creation of training assessments and certification exams to measure learning outcomes
• Act as a subject matter expert on AWS services and architectures
• Maintain training records and documentation for audits and continuous improvement
• Assist in the integration of AWS training with organizational learning management systems (LMS)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Developer or SysOps Administrator
• Demonstrated experience in designing implementing and managing AWS solutions
• Proven track record of conducting technical training programs on AWS products and services
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and principles
• Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools for AWS environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
• Ability to adapt training content for different audience levels and learning styles
• Experience in troubleshooting and problemsolving within AWS environments
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Familiarity with industrystandard learning management systems and elearning tools
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance considerations within AWS
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in training program development
• Experience in documenting training materials and creating instructional resources
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with AWS advancements and trends
