Job Description

Overview

A Market Researcher plays a key role in assisting companies in understanding the preferences needs and behaviors of consumers in a specific market. This information helps companies make informed decisions about product development advertising and promotional campaigns. Market Researchers gather and analyze data identify market trends and present their findings to management influencing strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather relevant data on consumer preferences market trends and competitive products.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets using statistical techniques and provide actionable insights.
  • Create and administer surveys questionnaires and focus groups to gather consumer feedback.
  • Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends highlighting opportunities and potential threats.
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and external clients to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate market research findings into product development marketing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and changes in consumer behavior to provide timely and relevant insights.
  • Utilize various research methods such as data mining web analytics and social media listening to collect and analyze data.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in data collection and analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of market research methodologies and best practices.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports summaries and visualizations of research findings.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple research projects with different timelines and resource requirements.
  • Communicate findings and insights effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities for market research and propose innovative approaches to data collection.

Responsibilities:
  • Searching leads information by himself/herself using direct portals such as LinkedIn ZoomInfo Lusha Apollo seamless etc.
  • Collating the leads data in a spreadsheet and internal CRM eg: Hubspot.
  • Finding Data of demographies such as APAC USA UK etc.
  • Smart working mind knows how to collect data.
  • Experience of Email marketing data gathering.
