Underwriter

• Manage endtoend underwriting processes primarily focusing on conventional loans with various types of wages.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of FHA and VA guidelines (preferred but not required).
• Accurately calculate different types of income for loan underwriting.
• Experience in US residential Mortgage Underwriting.
• Apply expertise in the 4 Cs of underwriting (Credit Capacity Collateral and Capital).
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in underwriting especially with conventional loans.
• Strong understanding of income calculation methods.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Bachelors degree
• Flexible to work night shift to accommodate US process
