Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals providing coaching guidance and performance feedback

• Provide regular reporting and insights on digital marketing performance to senior management
• Stay current with industry changes through education networking and events
• Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and vision of the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in leading and managing digital marketing teams
• Demonstrable experience in developing effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns
• Indepth knowledge of various digital marketing channels such as SEO SEM social media email marketing and content marketing
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools including web analytics and CRM software
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage inform and motivate
• Knowledge of web design and user experience principles
• Understanding of budgeting financial reporting and statistical analysis
• Certifications in digital marketing or related field are a plus
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
