Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize visual elements for websites including layout graphics and images.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design concepts.
• Develop wireframes prototypes and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Ensure the technical feasibility and usability of designs through responsive web design principles.
• Implement best practices for UI/UX design to enhance user interaction and experience.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends tools and technologies to continuously improve design work.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide necessary design assets.
• Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of the organizations design standards and guidelines.
• Perform regular quality assurance checks on designs to maintain high standards of visual appeal and functionality.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support design needs for various online campaigns and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Web Design Graphic Design or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
• Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and other relevant web technologies.
• Expertise in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator etc.).
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobilefirst approaches.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress Drupal) and ecommerce platforms.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering highquality visually appealing web designs within established timelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and design elements.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
