- Preparing and submitting accurate sales reports and forecasts

Required qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Hotel Management Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in event sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of event planning and industry trends
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
- Understanding of event regulations and compliance

- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Experience in hospitality or events management is a plus
