Job Description

Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Department: Sales

Location: So Paulo Brazil

Reports To: Sales Manager

General Job Description: The Senior Account Executive is crucial in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include building strong partnerships with key accounts delivering exceptional service and maintaining a balance between customer orientation and a resultsdriven approach. The role involves identifying opportunities with prospects and new clients and developing these into longterm profitable relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management:

    • Cultivate relationships with existing clients.
    • Develop strategies for account retention and expansion.
    • Align services/products with client goals for success.
  2. Sales and Business Development:

    • Lead sales efforts to meet or exceed targets and expand client base.
    • Manage the sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  3. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with various teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
    • Report on sales performance and market insights.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients.
  4. Industry Knowledge and Strategy:

    • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
  5. Leadership and Mentorship:

    • Support and guide junior team members.
    • Demonstrate professionalism and strong work ethics.
  6. Compliance and Documentation:

    • Handle contract negotiations and maintain documentation.
  7. Additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Education & Training:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish; English is a plus.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in Sales preferably in SaaS or B2B ecommerce.
  • Experience in startup or ecommerce solutions companies is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B ecommerce industry in Brazil.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent problemsolving communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid work environment (remote and inoffice in So Paulo).
  • May change according to company policies.

Hours/Shifts:

  • Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 1hour break.
