Monitors all Yamaha 3S Shops Dealers Service Tools and Service Network.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implements and ensure maintenance of Time Commitment Service (TCS).
Installs and activates TCS application and other service system in the 3S shops.
Conducts repair and secures that system is operational.
Configures and identifies hardware and software solutions.
Resolves network issue and take care of all equipment for shop supplies and materials.
Makes an estimated cost for damage and follow up request for approval.
Sends monthly updates status report of service system in 3S shops.
Initiates service marketing activities to reach out Yamaha dealers and customers especially remote areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
At least one year of working experience in tech support desktop support or similar role.
Experience with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software.
Attention to details and good problemsolving skills.
Must be willing to do field work in different areas (from Luzon to Mindanao).
