MEP Sr Manager

About Our Client:
Our client is a growing property conglomerate multinational company with a strong track record in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

MEP Sr. Manager is responsible for leading and managing the MEP aspects of construction project. The role involves coordinating with various teams ensuring compliance with regulation and delivering highquality MEP systems within specified timelines.

• Oversee and manager all MEP aspect of construction projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate with project manages architects engineers and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into overall project plans
• Lead a team of MEP engineers coordinators and technicians
• Provide guidance mentorship and support to team members to ensure high performance and efficiency
• Review and approve MEP design drawing and specifications
• Coordinate with designs teams to address any issues and ensure alignment with project goals
• Develop and manage budget for MEP systems
• Monitor costs identify costsaving opportunities and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
• Implement and maintain quality control processes for MEP installations
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications
• Stay abreast of regulations related to MEP systems
• Ensure all MEP installations comply with relevant codes and standards
• Identify and assess risks associated with MEP systems
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues
• Effectively communicate with project stakeholders including clients architects contractors and internal teams
• Provide regular project updates reports and presentations as required.

Qualifications:

1. Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory) & Min. 6 years as MEP Manager
2. Good understanding of the project management.
3. Having experience in highrise building infrastructure and property development.
4. Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. AutoCAD (Computeraided design).
7. Practical Construction Knowledge.
