Customer Service Representative

BRITA Vivreau are hiring! We have a brand new opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic friendly team within Service Delivery who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service!.

If you enjoy a fast paced environment and are a customer centric super star this will be your opportunity to shine & make an impact within the BRITA Vivreau business by acting as the first point of contact for all incoming troubleshooting calls from our customers.

What your busy day will entail...

In addition to supporting the Sales team in the provision of customer query summaries and standard reports you will also collaborate closely with the Technical Services team to ensure all works run smoothly to achieve outstanding levels of exceptional customer satisfaction.

The main responsibilities will include.....

• Log all jobs using the internal tools and proactively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders of the progress of logged jobs and orders
• Ensure all communications verbal written internal and external are to a high standard in a consistently professional clear and effective manner.
• Work closely with Service Delivery Planner to ensure that all work is allocated
• Organise parts to be sent out to sites providing quotations to customers for chargeable works raising invoice requests completing H&S questionnaires and permits to ensure easy access for engineers into customer sites.
• Collaborate with the Technical Services Team to ensure all works run smoothly by transferring stock in line with the stock transfer process
• Flag potential risks to the line manager to prevent additional costs to the business
• Use all internal software available to support our customers to close calls telephonically to prevent engineer visits.

In order to be successful in the role.....

You will have a professional friendly aptitude and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to deliver a high level of customer service. You will need to be computer literate. This will be an office based role Monday Friday therefore you will need to be located within a reasonable travel distance from our Uxbridge offices.
