Job Description

Position: PPIC Manager

Division: Production Planning Inventory and Control

Industry: Sportswear Manufacturer

Location: Kandal Province Cambodia

Job Summary: The position is responsible for overall planning scheduling and monitoring of all PPIC Sections processing of PP Samples before bulk production and materials control until shipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and directs the activities of the PPIC Department/Logistics and
    Warehouse Department..
  • Manages the budget for the department to ensure that critical items and
    equipments are in place for efficient operations.
  • Develops existing competency level of subordinates to respond to changing
    organizational needs and initiate skills or performance enhancement program of
    employees.
  • Coaches supervises reviews and monitors the performance of subordinates and
    make recommendations on personnel movements promotions and transfers.
  • Monitors and enforces the compliance of subordinates to company policies.
  • Manages department staffing including workload distribution hiring development
    and conversely letting go those who do not meet the companys performance
    standards.
  • Approves and monitors overtime leaves and official business (OB) pass to
    properly authorize staff requests.
  • Ensures that appropriate safeguards for the team are in place and enforce safety
    and security procedures to avoid accidents and consequently companys loss
    time.
  • Maintains the highest level of integrity and corporate ethical standards in its
    business dealings with people and organizations to ensure business control.

Requirements:

  • With at least three (3) years supervisory experience working
    preferably in a manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge in Planning Warehousing Logistics and Materials Control Processes
  • Knowledge on manufacturing process
  • Computer Literate
  • High Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • People Skills
  • Strong interpersonal organizational leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to multitask work under pressure and meet tight
    deadlines.

Working Hours:

  • 6 Days per week
