Job Description

Job Position: Data Entry Coordinator
Location: Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary: Up to $1000 per month

Working Hours: Monday Friday 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM CST

NOTE: INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION

Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Remote Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely entry of customer orders into our online portal. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail a strong understanding of cabinetry or woodworking and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Receive and review customer orders via email.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter order details into the companys online portal.
  • Verification: Verify the correctness and completeness of order forms.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers for clarification and additional information as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of orders and correspondence.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate job specifications.
  • Issue Resolution: Follow up on any discrepancies or issues with orders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of cabinetry or woodworking is a significant advantage.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with online data entry systems and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.

  • Experience in coordinating with vendors and managing deliveries.
