Senior Buyer

This is a remote position. Own end-to-end requirements for Motor LoB Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, UW,Operations, Tech and other stakeholder partners to understand userneeds and pain points Understand and Analyst current Business Processes and related tech & productimplementation Perform GAP and impact analysis as part ofholistic solution proposal Identify opportunities for Automating manualprocesses Work with different teams around the companyto understand their use cases and processes Preparecomprehensive business-product requirementsspecifications Engage with Vendors as and when required, foreffective development, deployment and maintenance of products andfeatures Liaise with designers, developers, QAs toimplement the requirements and provide necessaryguidance Evaluate test cases and actively participatein UAT phase for qualitydelivery Train end users on new features, products toincrease changeadoption Requirements Minimum 4 years as Business Analyst Minimum 2years of experience as Motor Business Analyst ismandatory Experience of other LoBs / Functions of General Insurance will beadvantage Minimum 4 years as Business Analyst Minimum 2 years of experience as Motor Business Analyst ismandatory Experience of other LoBs / Functions of General Insurancewill be advantage
