Currently we are hiring a Controller (m/f/d) MIS Global SG&A This role is designed to manage all controlling activities related to Indirect Cost / SG&A for the global MIS business unit. The job is conducted in line with our Core Values which are: agility empathy longterm view unity and integrity.

Tasks

• Planning & Forecasting: You develop and manage global MIS SG&A budget across all regions for various functions (Sales Product Management Operations Supply Chain General Management Legal and Corp Com) as well as you own global budgets outside of Europe by providing relevant information within the EMEA region for IT HR Finance and R&D
• Business Partnership: You act as a business partner to the global MIS leadership team including the Global Director MIS
• Financial Analysis: You conduct monthly analysis of deviations in SG&A by function and cost type and align FTE and cost planning
• Personnel Cost Planning: You plan and forecast personnel costs for all global MIS staff
• Monitoring and Risk Assessment: You monitor MISrelated business matters including bonus calculations and globally track cash collection past dues and bad debts as well as identify and quantify business opportunities savings and risks
• Restructuring and M&A: You monitor restructuring initiatives and M&Arelated business cases

Requirements

• You hold a degree in Economics / Business Administration or comparable certificate
• You have minimum 3 years of experience in comparable roles
• You are familiar with international matrix structures and crossfunctional collaboration
• Youz are used to a clear communication with both finance and nonfinance stakeholders
• You are able to identify prioritize and describe material deviations from budget or prior year
• You posses strong analytical skills and understanding of systems and processes
• You are willing to work with limited or inconsistent data availability
• You are doing proactive information exchange with relevant stakeholders
• You are commited to continuous process improvements
