Work with project team to ensure successful business adoptions is achieved for the Public Safety Radio Network (PSRN) project. The role:

Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Supports the Governance and Communications Management team by delivering documentation process flows and reporting analysis on project deliverables.
as part of the OCM team supports the development of communication strategies plans and deliverables and tracks their delivery.
Conducts business analysis; develops process flows and guides documents roles and responsibilities for multiple streams. and nbsp;
Develops templates for communications for the purpose of reuse across multiple streams
supports/creates the design of power point presentations and other communication solutions for stakeholder and internal presentations and information sharing
Tracks and documents data from project information (i.e. user equipment service readiness) using multiple microsoft tools (visio and excel). and nbsp;Using business intelligence tools develop dashboards and scorecards to support project reporting. and nbsp; and nbsp;
Provides regular progress updates and reporting at various audience levels; including regular input and updates to the Project Managers project Sponsors Executive Sponsors and ministry partners.
Collaborates with teams in Project streams and with ministry partners on documentation and communications as per the PSRN Communication Plan. and nbsp;
Leads and conducts business analysis to assess develop process flows roles and responsibilities and system inputs to support new business processes. and nbsp; and nbsp;
Develops dashboards reports and scorecards to support cross stream reporting analysis and progress reports
Monitors progress of communication activities and deliverables and reports regularly to the management and clients decision makers
Develops performance measures for business analysis evaluation and conducts followup. and nbsp; and nbsp;
Stakeholder management of diverse stakeholders with different interests
Participate in Knowledge transfer
Proficiency in Office productivity and collaboration tools (such as powerpoint excel word sharepoint visio teams and outlook
Experience in developing process flow diagrams roles and responsibilities descriptions and development or processes/procedures
technical writing skills to develop procedures and processes.
data analysis skills to collect and synthesize data and make recommendations based on data collected.
organizational change management and development of I and amp;IT communications experience
Demonstrated experience creating content in an engineering IT or technical environment.
At least 5 years of business analysis experience
All roles procured are required to be cleared through the Contractor Security Clearance Process of the OPS. and nbsp;
Security Clearance process levels roles etc. are subject to change without prior notice. and nbsp;Candidates may be required to undergo revised/new process (or levels) any time prior or during the term of the contract
Business Analysis Skills: 45 points
Past experience in business analysis.
Validate and document business process and system processes as required.
Experience in documenting creating visual pleasing presentations using a wide range of tools and techniques.
Demonstrated experience delivering a wide range of documentation both business and technology focused including business requirement documentation use case documentation business workflow IT process flow. and nbsp;
Experience with gathering data requirements and writing report specifications and developing reports dashboards and reportcards.
Experience in working with large scale complex IT projects delivering mission critical IT solutions including desktop applications web/mobile applications telephony radio etc.
Demonstrated experience in bridging the business/IT communication gap to successfully deliver on IT implementations.
Experience in understanding and accurately translating business problems into technology requirements documents that support technology solution development using a wide range of tools and techniques. and nbsp;

Strong experience of working on Public Safety Radio/telecom domain. and nbsp;Demonstrated experience of working with multiple stakeholders in a broader public sector (BPS) environment. and nbsp; and nbsp;
Experience of projects involving network design civil structures user equipment distribution and operations. and nbsp; and nbsp;
Experience with projects involving large number of users (over 30000) meeting their business requirements training and communications needs etc.
