Job Description
- Responsible for the day-to-day supply chain operations of the Supply Chain Surgical Services Department.
- Leads his/her own team, manages, and maintains staff assignments, hires and performs employee review, trains, and coaches’ staff as needed, develops and reports department productivity KPIs.
- Provides information to OR Leadership to help with the accuracy of the preference cards.
- Assist hospital administrators and Perioperative leadership with requested reports and identify and manage cost savings opportunities.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Revenue Cycle to ensure supplies and implants are loaded appropriately in EMR and ERP systems.
