• Knowledge of current technical and clinical sterilization processes and associated equipment.
• Knowledge of preparation and setting-up of Operating Room surgery trays.
• Extensive knowledge of surgical instruments and supplies.
• Knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement.
  

Personal Qualities/Skills Required:

• Fluency and comprehension in written and spoken English.
• Good organizational, management, delegation and communication skills.
• Arabic language skills.
