Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist located in Amman. The #CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing data, implementing sales strategies, and coordinating project management. They will also communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
