Job Description
Sales experience, with prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a sales team.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating it to achieve goals.
Ability to deal with customers and solve problems.
A university degree in business administration or a related field may be beneficial but is not always necessary.
