Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Victoria Island Lagos.

Salary Range: NGN 350000 NGN 400000 per month

Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years

Job Description:

Our client a multispecialist hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Victoria Island. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth developing strategic partnerships and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Lead the negotiation and closure of business deals contracts and agreements.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and product development to drive business growth.

Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders and decisionmakers.

Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Provide timely and accurate reports on business development activities and results.

Mentor and coach junior members of the business development team fostering their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development sales or a related field preferably in the technology or financial services industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.

Ability to travel as required.
