Job Title: Account Officer

Job Description:

Recording Financial Transactions: Accurately record financial transactions and maintain uptodate financial records.

Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts prepare account analysis and compile monthly reports.

Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and provide support during tax audits ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws.

Invoice Verification: Verify the accuracy of invoices and payments and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.

Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and other financial reports as required.

Budget and Forecast Analysis: Prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts to assist in financial planning.

Additional Duties: Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: OND Degree in Accounting

Experience: 1 3 years of experience in accounting

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel.

Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
