Litigation Attorney

Dynamic and growing law firm specializing in civil litigation. is seeking a talented and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters including but not limited to real estate litigation liability litigation and evictions.
• Conduct legal research draft pleadings motions and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court arbitration and mediation proceedings.
• Manage all phases of litigation from inception through trial and appeal.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various civil litigation issues.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of laws and regulations affecting civil litigation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the state bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Proven experience in real estate litigation liability litigation and evictions.
• Strong analytical research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
• Familiarity with local court rules and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
