Factory Manager - Operations

We are looking to hire a Factory Manager Operations for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a managerial role. (Experience in spices dried fruits and essential oils is an added advantage).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes quality standards and health/safety regulations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments such as sales marketing and finance to align production goals with business objectives.
• Demonstrated success in leading projects from conception to completion including budgeting scheduling and resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

• Plan organize and direct manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
• Lead coach and develop a team of production supervisors and operators.
• Implement and maintain quality control programs to ensure products meet specifications.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and efficient distribution of finished products.
• Develop and manage the operational budget.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
