NOK Human Capital is hiring HR Assistant for one of the most wellknown Ecommerce companies internationally.

Located in 10thOfRamadan

Contract duration is 6 months (Renewable based on performance and business needs)

Job Description:

* Work closely with HR leaders and management on peoplerelated projects to create an engaging workplace environment

* Handle daytoday HRrelated questions and admin such as newstarter processes selfservice tools and time and attendance reviews

* Use internal dashboards to create reports for leadership at your site

* Plan initiatives designed to foster employee wellbeing and experience on site

* Run audits to ensure compliance with company processes data protection local employment law and HR best practices

Job Requirements:

* 1 year of experience in HR field

* Experience in handling newstarter processes and related admin

* Basic experience working with basic employment law and HR/payroll practices

* Previous experience in handling reporting analytics and data visualization

* Previous experience dealing with associates (Blue collar) will be an advantage
