Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who specializes in IT Services to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The primary role of this position is to drive new business acquisition focusing on expanding our IT services portfolio. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying new business opportunities building relationships with potential clients and significantly contributing to our companys growth and success in the IT services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT services market.

Understand the latest trends in IT consulting and services and leverage this knowledge to expand our client base.

Forge strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their IT needs and proposing customized solutions.

Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve target goals.

Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.

Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into longterm partnerships.

Provide detailed reports on sales activities including market analysis competitor analysis and sales forecasts.

Attend conferences meetings and industry events to build a strong professional network and promote Juara IT Solutions services.

Requirements

Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager Sales Executive or relevant role in the IT Services sector.

Strong track record in sales business development and winning new business.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain longterm relationships.

Bachelors degree in business administration sales IT or a relevant field.
