HikmaSolutions is seeking a talented Wealth Planning Specialist to join the dynamic team of one of our clients within the International Life Legal Wealth Management and Product Development Department in Luxembourg. You will be part of an enthusiastic and passionate team ready to welcome you immediately or at a mutually agreed start date.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage client needs: Provide tailormade solutions for the Portuguese market.
• Structure client affairs: Optimize the structuring of clients affairs in the most efficient way.
• Business wealth strategies: Develop wealth strategies and address planning challenges facing HNW clients.
• Collaboration with the commercial team: Provide guidance on client cases and support the development of business relationships.
• Assess wealth planning solutions: Evaluate the viability of proposed wealth planning solutions for clients.
• Close interaction with clients: Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales marketing legal back office) and external clients (brokers lawyers tax advisors banks etc.) and be prepared to travel occasionally.
• Monitor legal and tax changes: Stay updated on legal and tax changes and identify their impacts on our insurance activities particularly the sale of life insurance products.
• Product development management: Coordinate the various phases of new product development and launch involving multidisciplinary teams such as legal actuarial IT operational and sales.
• Maintain existing product portfolio: Update product specifications and related forms as necessary.
• Participate in projects: Engage in projects related to regulatory and technical developments in relevant markets.
• Draft product presentation materials: Contribute to the creation of product presentation materials.
• Participate in marketing events: Actively participate in marketing events related to Portugal organized by the company or its partners (webinars trainings presentations).
• Develop commercial tools: Update commercial tools for Portuguese products and regularly draft articles for various platforms (dedicated magazines company website partners websites etc.).

Desired Profile:

• Education: University degree preferably at Masters level (Legal/Tax).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with any experience in the life insurance sector in Luxembourg considered an asset.
• Languages: Fluent Portuguese good knowledge of English. Any other language especially French is considered an asset.
• Analytical and editorial skills: Strong analytical and conceptual understanding with effective communication and editorial abilities.
• Structured and solutionoriented: Methodical approach with a structured working style and solutionoriented mindset.
• Personal qualities: Selfmotivated committed communicative dynamic teamoriented discreet customerfocused solutionoriented highly organized rigorous and reliable.
