Job Description
We are looking to hire an Assistant Manager Finance for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles (IFRS GAAP).
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g. SAP Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements reports and forecasts.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members ensuring their professional development and performance.
- Collaborate and manage sales departments as well as factory laborers.
- Will be in charge of managing warehouses.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in developing financial strategies and plans to support business objectives.
