Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Supply Chain Coordinator Lead TA & Projects.
Define plant boundaries and available land for siting temporary facilities laydowns material storage vehicle parking staging areas etc.
Conduct accommodation and facilities inspections as required by the TA.
Liaise with interdepartment staff and contractors regarding TA logistics and turnaround contracts.
Monitor and coordinate work activities actively.
Assist in forecasting and provide input for section budget requirements based on prevailing market costs.
Act as the focal point with contractors or suppliers for site visits mobilization and demobilization.
Assist in developing Scope of Works (SOW) prepare tender documents evaluate bids and provide recommendations.
Monitor and verify warehouse PRs POs and PCs status/progress and prepare reports.
Coordinate and prepare TA laydown areas compile and provide inputs for the generation of the TA book.
Monitor and check contractor performance as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Candidate Competencies:
Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering or similar.
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Turnaround Logistic Coordinator in maintenance planning (preferably in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical or Refinery Plant).
Technical Skills:
Experience in logistic turnarounds/shutdown maintenance and contracts.
Uptodate with the latest technology developments in logistics and contracts.
Able to read and interpret technical specifications and materials certificates.
Functional knowledge in SAPMM Module.
Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Other Skills:
Ability to coordinate and influence peers.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to manage contractors and service providers.
Ability to work with a multinational and diverse team.
Good negotiation skills.
