Position Title: Sales Closer

Job Summary: The Sales Closer will play a key role in closing sales deals generated by the Sales Representatives. This position is responsible for finalizing the sales process by negotiating terms addressing client concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take over client relationships from Sales Representatives to finalize the sales process.
- Conduct thorough followups with prospects to ensure all their questions are answered and concerns addressed.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to close deals effectively.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of communications with clients.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to improve strategies for closing deals.
- Provide aftersales support to clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field.
- 35 years of sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platform.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of business loan products and services.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
