Responsibilities:
In consultation with subject matter experts develop learning objectives syllabi unit plans and lesson plans for course sequences and individual courses based on predetermined professional objectives:
Conduct iterative review cycles with instructional design developers to ensure that all content is accurate and aligned to course objectives and outcomes.
Develop assessments and rubrics that measure mastery of learning objectives and that serve as compelling job market assets that support students career development.
Collaborate with instructional designers to implement course content and structure in RIT Certified s LMS and other platforms.
Incorporate into the development process information on relevant job markets feedback from industry experts student and instructor surveys and other academic or business considerations.

Required Qualifications
3 years experience in an educational role involving curriculum development and instructional design.
