Position: Finance Executive

Industry: Travel and Tour

Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia

Job Purpose: Monitor and Manage companys financial transactions including income and expense and ensure business is profitable.

Responsibilities:

• Crafting and implementing the companys financial policies to minimize inefficiencies
• Preparing budgets
• Preparing balance sheets on time
• Drafting and editing invoices
• Checking the status of financial records to make sure theyre updated
• Coordinating on audits
• Overseeing the companys daily expenditure
• Evaluating cashflow statements
• Handling all Taxes as applicable and filing TDS
• Planning Cost cutting and maximize profit.

Requirements:

• Good communication skill should fluent in English and local language.
• Sound knowledge and experience in travel and tourism industry
• Problem solving skill should be able to identify problems analyze situations and develop effective solutions to resolve issues that rise.
• Decision making Able to make decisions that are in the best interest of the team and organization
• Conflict resolution Able to manage conflict that arise in the team
• Adaptability

Working Hours:

• 6 Days per week
