We are urgently looking for a skilled BPO Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing client relationships assisting in sourcing new work opportunities and overseeing project teams upon project award. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience postdegree preferably in Business Administration or Marketing in the field of AEC. This position offers the flexibility of working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and cultivate relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through effective sourcing and proposal development.
- Oversee project teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress budget adherence and resource allocation to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational processes and enhance service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the BPO industry with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients.
