IT Sales Project Manager - Enterprise Solutions

Nonnegotiable requirements:

• At least 3 years of work experience as a Project Manager for enterprise projects
• At least 3 years of experience in sales for IT Solutions to enterprise customers
• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering ECE IT Computer Science or equivalent
• Amenable to work 100% onsite in Makati
• Willing to be on a dayshift to midshift schedule and to make adjustments based on the business need
• Can start at least 30 days upon job offer acceptance

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the projects from initiation to closure.
  Accountable for project results along with the Project Sponsor.
  Work closely with IT Team to complete project charter outlining scope goals deliverables required resources budget and timeline.
• Estimate resource/ time for each task.
• Project Scheduling.
• Competent to manage multiple projects with demanding timeline
• Clearly communicate the expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Resolve issues and problems throughout project life cycles.
• Ensure the changes to project scopes are approved and documented.
• Track and control the progress of projects and report the status to project sponsor.
• Lead and motivate the project teams on a proactive basis.
• Develop tools repository and processes to ensure smooth and efficient project management.
• Logistics processes and arrangement.
• Key Account Management to keep good relationship with key account users.
