By doing so small businesses can become more creative and robust. The goal is to empower small businesses with technology and leverage it as a lever.

  This vision is rooted in the hypothesis and passion that drove the founding the belief that all sorts of business operations including accounting and HR can be digitized and automated. It extends to realizing smart lending services through API integration with government and banks expanding new business opportunities online and leveraging the vast realtime data accumulated by companies to bring about transformation in small businesses. This transformation is made possible by our platform.

  Japan is considered to have the lowest labor productivity among advanced countries. This is due to the fact that 99% of businesses in the country are small and mediumsized enterprises (SMEs) and their productivity is less than half of that of large enterprises.

  We aim to improve the labor productivity of SMEs by digitizing and automating various business processes including accounting and human resources management. Additionally we collaborate with the government and banks to provide lending programs that utilize AIbased credit scoring enabling the expansion of online transactions. Furthermore by leveraging corporate network information and learning data generated from actual business operations we are actively developing advanced services.
  

  Job Details:

  • Planning designing implementing testing measuring and improving products and new features
  • Research and development as well as investigations related to new technologies and core technologies
  • Future plans include the development of new features enhancement of algorithm automation improvement of user experience (UX) and planning new products. There are various ideas and plans for the future.

Minimum Requirements

  • More than 4 years of experience in web application development.
  • The ability to make technology choices and engage in discussions about the most suitable technologies even keeping up with new ones.
  • Understanding of your own companys system architecture and challenges.
