    Main Responsibilities

    • UI/UX Design Responsible for the information architecture design and management of web service UI/UX. Knowledge of information architecture and design with consideration for usability as well as component management with service maintenance in mind is necessary. Additionally you will consistently handle PC/SP site coding using HTML/CSS.
    • App Design Responsible for the information architecture and design of iOS/Android app UI/UX. While the development team handles embedding knowledge related to apps is necessary such as Swift PWA Flutter Unity Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design. You may also be tasked with adjusting the design of screens incorporated using Flutter.

    Occasional Tasks

    • LP and Campaign Page Creation Design of appealing pages that introduce products LP design for projectrelated initiatives like April Fools Day and the creation of eyecatching images (main visuals) for discount campaigns. Your designs should effectively convey the content and capture the users attention.
    • Website Creation Creating small to mediumsized websites with subpages unlike LPs. This is required when launching new services or selfowned IP. You can be involved in creating something from scratch.

    Miscellaneous

    While project specifications compiled by directors are available for project progress you will need to adapt these specifications to UI design while considering the overall site and its UX based on its purpose. Depending on the project you may need to adjust requirements and specifications if necessary. Depending on the project you may work on information architecture and UI design based on materials and personas provided by the UX research team. Depending on your aptitude and preferences you may also be involved in mentoring junior designers and team management tasks. *Please note that some projects may involve adult content.

    • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
    • Experience with website enhancements is preferred.
    • Ability to code in HTML/CSS is a valuable skill.

  • Remote work: You can choose to come to the office at least 3 times a week or be fully remote depending on the teams policy.

    After joining the company until you become familiar with your duties (approximately 1 to 3 months) you will primarily be required to work onsite within the Development Departments design team. The duration may vary depending on how quickly you adapt.
